Fatiha
To see in a dream that one recites the Noble Fatiha or that it is recited by another signifies that, if the dreamer’s affairs are difficult, they shall become easy. His sustenance shall become abundant, plentiful, and blessed. If the dreamer is a man, he shall marry several women; if she is a woman, she shall bear many children. His supplication shall be accepted; if he is ill or disabled, he shall recover; and if he is gravely ill, he shall die and be delivered from his sufferings.
Reciting the Fatiha in a dream has been explained according to the blessed personages whose names are mentioned below as follows:
According to Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him): His religion shall be preserved by the Almighty God. If he is ill or disabled, his appointed time has drawn near.
According to Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him): Allah, the Exalted, shall accept his supplication and worship, and he shall be secure from that which he fears.
According to Kirmani: He shall be granted success in worship by Allah, the Glorious and Exalted.
According to Ja‘far al-Sadiq: He shall go on pilgrimage, and his supplication shall be accepted.
According to Ibn Sirin: The Almighty God shall open for him the gates of goodness.
According to Abd al-Ghani al-Nabulsi: His supplication shall be accepted immediately, and he shall possess abundant and blessed sustenance and a long life.
According to Ibn Kathir: In addition to his supplication being accepted in the shortest time, he shall experience relief, joy, and great benefit.
According to Sayyid Sulayman Husni: His difficult affairs shall become easy; he shall be happy in this world and the Hereafter, and shall attain abundant and blessed sustenance.
According to another narration: To recite the Sura of the Fatiha in a dream signifies attaining righteous deeds, the acceptance of supplications, and sometimes going on pilgrimage.
To see in a dream that one recites the Fatiha or one of its verses, or that it is recited over oneself, signifies that Allah, the Exalted, shall close the gates of evil to that person and open the gates of goodness.
To see in a dream that you are listening to someone reciting the Sura of the Fatiha signifies that there shall be an increase within you in love for Allah and reliance upon Him, and that you shall take Him as your sole friend.
To see the meaning of the Sura of the Fatiha in a dream signifies that your awareness of Allah and religion shall increase, and that you shall strive to perform every act of worship properly, rather than merely from memory.
To see in a dream that, while reciting the Sura of the Fatiha, the people around are listening in great reverence and awe signifies that you shall give people fine religious counsel and call them to the path of Allah.
