Applying Blush

In a dream, applying blush indicates that the dreamer is deceptive, possesses a displeasing disposition, and is unhappy. It is related that the person who sees this dream does not like the environment in which he currently finds himself and does not perform the work at which he is employed willingly, yet despite all these negative feelings, he tries to appear very happy by scattering smiles around him. The blush in the dream is an indication of secrets and concealed emotions.

According to some interpreters of dreams, applying blush in a dream signifies that the dreamer has become involved in deeds that are not truly auspicious and has fallen into shameful circumstances, yet is pleased with this state; rather than striving to change it, he merely attempts to cover up his condition secretly and discreetly, and, on the contrary, endeavors to make those around him believe that he is leading a very pleasant life. Thus has it been interpreted.

It is related that seeing oneself purchase blush in a dream means that the dreamer will change his social circle and make new friendships, but that this circle will bring him more harm than benefit and cause him to undergo events that lead him astray from the right path and make him feel regret. In other words, it is a harbinger that the dreamer will experience a corruption of character and will not be troubled by this condition.

As for seeing oneself weep after applying blush in a dream, it is related that the person will feel remorse after the sorrowful events he has experienced. Therefore, it is a harbinger that, instead of concealing what he has gone through, he will seek help from those close to him.

Seeing oneself apply blush through one’s own efforts in a dream is related to the person making a choice by his own hand and according to his own preferences, then becoming saddened and remorseful because of this choice, yet submitting to his fate and making no effort to change it.

Buying cream as a gift for a man in a dream is related to the dreamer coming between a man or woman he favors and that person’s spouse, disturbing the couple’s peace by telling lies merely to obtain that person, yet failing and suffering disappointment.

Wiping the cream from one’s face in a dream is related to the dreamer freeing himself from the surroundings that harm him, taking a path of which he will not repent, becoming happy, and attaining peace. It indicates that the dreamer will feel remorse for the lies he has told and will apologize; thus he will find peace in his heart and soul, and in the times following this apology, his path and fortune will open.

Seeing oneself wash the cream from one’s face with hot or cold water in a dream indicates that the dreamer will suffer a calamity, and that after this event he will decide to repent and change his life, and will always give thanks because of the decision he has made.

Seeing a woman applying cream to her hand in a dream is a harbinger of a change in the dreamer’s love life. It is related that the dreamer will set sail toward a love he has long dreamed of with someone whom he greatly desires, longs for, and is affected by, and that this relationship will be very firm and will reach its proper conclusion. Indeed, some interpreters of dreams also construe this dream as indicating marriage. It indicates that the dreamer will marry the person he desires and loves, will have a happy home, and that his marriage will be sound and free of troubles.

According to some Islamic scholars, seeing a woman applying cream to her hand in a dream signifies that the dreamer will be compelled to marry through the agency of another. The person will marry while weeping and unwillingly, but in time will regret having felt this way, because he will realize that his marriage has brought him peace and happiness; thereafter, his marriage, having become happy, will be continued willingly.

Applying cream to one’s foot in a dream is related to the dreamer taking a step toward a new and auspicious renewal. It is a harbinger that the person who sees the dream will be freed from his troubles and find peace. If the person who applies cream to his foot in the dream is in reality the owner of a workplace, it is related that he will open another place of business or double his earnings and increase the number of his workers.

If the person who sees himself applying cream to his foot in a dream is a student, it indicates that he will rise greatly in his educational life and, attaining fame, will introduce certain innovations into education.
