Ibn Sirin said: Whoever sees himself in a state of sorrow and distress in his dream shall attain joy and peace. Whoever sees in a dream that he is relieved by someone shall, because of that person, fall into trouble and grief.
Jabir al-Maghribi likewise said: To see oneself falling into sorrow in a dream signifies peace and gladness that will come soon. If the dreamer is a pious person, his peace and gladness shall increase all the more.
