Decree
Sayyid Sulayman: Whoever sees this dream, if he is a person deserving of it, shall attain a lofty rank. If a sinful person sees this dream, it signifies that he shall be dismissed from his office.
Whoever sees in a dream that he has torn up the contract or decree in his hand shall suffer loss. If he is wealthy, he shall become poor. If he is poor, his grief and sorrow shall increase. If a pious, virtuous person of rank sees an appointment decree in his dream, it signifies that he shall rise in rank.
