The Place That Has Dried Up

To see in a dream a place that was previously wet but later became dry signifies security from fear, in accordance with the verse meaning: “And We revealed to Moses: ‘Set forth with My servants by night, and strike for them a dry path through the sea, fearing neither being overtaken nor drowning.’” (Sūrah Ṭā Hā, verse 77)

If a person sees in a dream that he has fallen ill because of drought, this signifies that he spends his wealth outside the good pleasure of Allah (Glorious and Exalted is He), takes money from the people and spends it, and that the punishment of Allah (Glorious and Exalted is He) will descend upon him because he does not repay his debt.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
