Imam Ja‘far al-Sadiq: In a dream, having diarrhea has been interpreted in four ways:

1—Unlawful wealth

2—Abundance and ease

3—Spending money on family expenses

4—Deliverance from sorrow.

Ibn Sirin: Seeing horse and cow dung in a dream indicates that you will attain wealth and blessings in proportion to the amount of dung you have seen.

Seeing human excrement in a dream is interpreted as unlawful wealth or property. Seeing oneself defecating in one’s own bed indicates that one will give one’s wealth to one’s spouse.

Seeing oneself defecating in a place and covering it with earth indicates that one will conceal one’s savings underground.

Kirmani: Seeing oneself eat human filth indicates that one will spend money earned through unlawful means. Seeing oneself defecate in an unknown place indicates that one will spend one’s money or property in unnecessary places.

Seeing that one’s body has become smeared with filth indicates that one will commit a sin. Seeing that one has diarrhea indicates that one will squander one’s wealth.

Seeing filth pour from one’s belly as though it were a flood indicates that one will seek counsel from a person whose word one trusts and, because of this, will bring trouble upon oneself.

The Prophet Daniel: The filth of human beings or four-legged animals is interpreted as unlawful wealth. The dung of stable animals or predatory animals indicates property that one will obtain through hardship and force.

Jabir al-Maghribi: Human excrement indicates wealth that will slip from one’s hands. Seeing oneself drowning in filth, or stepping in filth and falling to the ground, or seeing one’s garments become smeared with filth, indicates that one will fall into trouble and grief because of a person whose word is trusted.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, financial matters, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
