Dream Dictionary / F / Ukhuvan (Chamomile)
Ukhuvan (Chamomile)
Sayyid Sulayman: In a dream, seeing ukhuvan (chamomile) or gathering it from a mountain is an indication of receiving a slave girl from a sovereign or a great personage.
According to one narration, it signifies a man’s pronouncing zihar against his wife. (Before Islam, when a man said to his wife, “You are to me like my mother,” this indicated that the woman had thereafter become unlawful to that man and was regarded as grounds for divorce. This and similar practices were prohibited by Islam. An expiation was prescribed for the one who pronounced zihar. It ceased to be grounds for divorce. The lexical meaning of zihar, meanwhile, is to establish a relationship and correspondence between two things.)
Positive Meaning
With the right perspective, it can signify restoring balance, recovery, and developing a new understanding.
Shadow Meaning
Uncertainty, indecision, or a tendency to take on excessive burden may be observed.
