Fish Net

To see a fish net in a dream signifies a troublesome catch for fishermen; for a seafarer, seeing a net signifies the end of the voyage.

To fall into a fish net or to be caught in a trap in a dream signifies imprisonment, illness, the confiscation of property, and marrying a woman of a different temperament; it also signifies the person’s escape from the trap into which he has fallen.

What does seeing a fish net in a dream mean? It is interpreted as striving to acquire lawful property, and as trickery and prudence.

Whoever sees himself casting a net into the sea or a stream and catching fish benefits from his prudence, and lawful money comes into his hand.

Whoever sees that he has drawn up his net empty will obtain nothing from this prudence. Whoever sees his net torn, his affairs will be ruined.

It is feared that the person who sees himself falling into or stepping on a fish net will enter prison, contract an illness, or take a spouse unsuited to his temperament.

Ibn Sirin: To see a fish net in a dream indicates the stratagems and means employed to gather sustenance, and sometimes indicates marriage or a trap.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, emotional life, success and reputation, the emotional tone in the dream and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
