Whoever sees in a dream that his right hand is crippled commits a grave sin. Whoever sees his right hand crippled strikes an innocent person and wrongs a weak person. Some interpreters have also said that whoever sees in a dream that his right hand is crippled will experience stagnation in his livelihood.

Whoever sees in a dream that his left hand is crippled will lose his brother or sister to death.

Some interpreters said that an affliction seen in the hand indicates that this affliction will befall the dreamer’s sister, while an affliction seen in the fingers indicates that it will occur in the children of his sisters.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.
