Hastening and Causing to Hasten

If a person sees in a dream that he is hastening, it is interpreted as laziness in his deeds and movements. If he is ill, it is a sign of his death.

Sometimes, seeing oneself hastening in a dream signifies the dreamer’s hastening to perform righteous deeds, and his determination and swiftness in carrying them out. If the thing in which he hastens results in a good deed, it is a sign of lawful earnings; and if the thing in which he hastens ends in an evil deed, it is a sign either that he will depart from his religion or that he will return to a sin of which he had repented.

It can be read as a sign of easing, receiving support, gaining morale, or a fruitful development.

Underestimating opportunities, succumbing to comfort, or being late may reduce the positive effect.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, spiritual signs, home and environment, success and reputation, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
