Inner Distress

Seeing inner distress in a dream indicates that the dreamer has recently been afflicted with spiritual troubles.

Seeing in a dream that one’s heart is constricted indicates that the troubles you have been experiencing will come to an end within a few weeks.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, inner world and awareness, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
