Lending

In a dream, lending money and possessions to another is interpreted as giving alms to a poor person. A loan signifies repentance for the rebellious, Islam for the unbeliever, and wealth for the poor. If one sees that he is asking for a loan of money, it signifies an illness or affliction that will befall him.

Seeing in a dream that you have given someone an object or money as a loan indicates your satisfaction with that person. Lending in a dream is interpreted as generosity. If one sees that he has borrowed something or some money from a friend, it signifies that this friend has formed good intentions toward him.

According to another narration: Lending in a dream signifies alms to be given by the lender to the borrower, or the borrower presenting his need to the lender because of distress.

Lending an object in a dream indicates that you will be confronted with an evil and displeasing circumstance.

Lending something precious in a dream signifies the servant’s doing good for the sake of Allah’s pleasure (Glorified and Exalted is He). Whoever sees that he has lent money for the sake of Allah’s pleasure spends money in the cause of jihad. If a sick person sees in a dream that he is asking for a loan, it signifies an affliction that will befall him; and if he sees that he has obtained the thing he wished to borrow, it signifies that he will die. If a person sees in a dream that the man from whom he borrowed something has died, he will be delivered from sorrow, grief, and distress.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
