Ibn Sirin: In a dream, blindness while looking—that is, looking at something yet being unable to see it (the expression commonly used among the people, “the eye being drawn to the road”)—indicates weakness of faith during a period of absent-mindedness.

For a blue-eyed person, blindness while looking in a dream signifies that he will persist upon the path of innovation; for one whose blue eyes are close to black, it portends that his child will fall ill or that his child will become separated from him.

To see in a dream that you have been delivered from blindness while looking and that you are looking properly at objects indicates that, through the encouragement of a scholar, you will repent and thereby become possessed of piety.

According to some interpreters, however, it signifies that your child will recover from illness and that, if you are abroad, you will return to your homeland with peace of heart.

With the right perspective, it can signify restoring balance, recovery, and developing a new understanding.

Uncertainty, indecision, or a tendency to take on excessive burden may be observed.
