Imam Ja‘far al-Sadiq: Seeing a meadow or grass in a dream has eight interpretations:

1—Religion

2—Faith

3—Order in affairs and livelihood

4—A ruler

5—A great personage

6—Goodness

7—A woman

8—Desire.

Allamah Majlisi: Seeing a meadow or grass signifies that certain developments beneficial to you will take place and that you will experience a very great joy.

Ibn Sirin: A meadow is interpreted as faith. If you see that you are in a meadow and do not know to whom the place belongs, this indicates that your faith is sincere; seeing that you are gazing upon a meadow belonging to another signifies that you will befriend people of piety and righteousness; and seeing that you are walking in a meadow that belongs to you indicates that you will not suffer hardship in your livelihood.

Kirmani: Seeing a meadow signifies eminence; seeing, in spring, a meadow become verdant with flowers blooming and waters flowing signifies that you will die as a martyr; and seeing that you are gathering flowers from a meadow indicates that you will acquire wealth through hardship.

Jabir al-Maghribi: Seeing a meadow signifies a woman; seeing a very verdant meadow indicates that you will marry an ill-tempered woman; and seeing a meadow whose color is not green indicates that you will marry a woman of good character.

It can be read as a sign of easing, receiving support, gaining morale, or a fruitful development.

Underestimating opportunities, succumbing to comfort, or being late may reduce the positive effect.
