Miswak

To see oneself cleaning one’s teeth with a miswak in a dream signifies adhering to the noble Sunnah, doing good to one’s relatives, and bearing their troubles.

To see one’s teeth bleeding while using a miswak in a dream signifies being delivered from sins or backbiting people. Using a miswak or toothbrush signifies refraining from uttering useless words, paying a debt, being cleansed of sins, fulfilling one’s word, performing deeds that draw one nearer to Allah (Exalted is He), embracing Islam after disbelief, a woman’s pregnancy, affection and intimacy between spouses, or the marriage of a single woman.

If a person sees in a dream that he is using a miswak, it signifies living according to the noble Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), doing good to his relatives, and enduring their burdens and hardships, in proportion to the amount by which he cleans his teeth with it. Whoever sees himself placing a miswak in his mouth adheres to the noble Sunnah.

It also means that the person will attain relief and become happy and tranquil.
