To see in a dream that it is morning and that one is oneself in goodness and pleasantness signifies deliverance from every kind of distress, the repentance of the sinner, the embracing of faith by the unbeliever, the release of the imprisoned, the attaining of safety by one in difficulty, the overcoming of one’s enemy by the person who has an enemy, and the fulfillment of one’s promise.

To feel oneself worthless and ugly in the morning in a dream signifies committing sin and falling into unbelief; the early hour of morning denotes fortune, girls who will marry and for whom a propitious match will open, being distant from heedlessness, remembrance of God, and recitation of the Qur’an.

Whoever sees that morning has come and that the surroundings have grown white, if he is ill, will recover. To see oneself performing the prayer in congregation at morning time is interpreted as setting out on a journey. This journey is generally interpreted as the pilgrimage journey.

According to Ibn Kathir, seeing that it has become morning is interpreted as healing for the sick, deliverance from debt for the debtor, release for prisoners, safety for the traveler, and reunion with one’s homeland for one who is abroad.
