Musical Instrument

Seeing a musical instrument in a dream is interpreted in various ways: If it is played outside the time of worship, this means that the work he is engaged in will stir up discord and corruption among the people.

Whoever plays a musical instrument alone in a dream receives exciting news. If he plays such things as a trumpet or drum, he announces a rumor to the public. Playing the ney, however, signifies good and meritorious deeds.

Seeing a musical instrument and a musician in a dream is a sign of a pleasure-seeking, dull-witted person. Classical musical instruments signify sorrow mingled with joy; the piano and its sound point to a person who utters lies and invalid words.

Playing instruments such as the accordion, harmonica, or barrel organ in a dream signifies a person of the lower classes and one who is on their level. All musical instruments signify joy and affection, refined feelings, and beauty of spirit for righteous people; for others, they signify base, wretched habits and people of such a disposition.

It can be read as a sign of easing, receiving support, gaining morale, or a fruitful development.

Underestimating opportunities, succumbing to comfort, or being late may reduce the positive effect.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, emotional life, success and reputation, the emotional tone in the dream and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
