Ney-Player (One Who Plays the Ney)

In a dream, seeing one who plays the ney signifies speaking false and useless words. A ney-player who brings relief and joy signifies relief and gladness.

In a dream, seeing one who plays the ney is an immoral man who brings news of death or commits adultery. If a woman is seen playing the ney and the whistle in a dream, the interpretation concerning her is likewise the same. Sometimes the ney-player signifies a person’s buttocks. Therefore, if someone sees in a dream an unknown ney-player, an ailment will arise in his buttocks. The ney-player signifies a known woman who weeps over the dead, or who, weeping because of the death of her child, cries out and raises a clamor.

It can be read as a sign of easing, receiving support, gaining morale, or a fruitful development.

Underestimating opportunities, succumbing to comfort, or being late may reduce the positive effect.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, emotional life, success and reputation, the emotional tone in the dream and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
