Imam Ja‘far al-Sadiq: There are three interpretations of seeing an empty pouch in a dream:
1—The people
2—A secret
3—Poverty.
Ibn Sirin: Finding a money pouch filled with money in a dream indicates that your sustenance will increase by the amount of money in it and that you will not suffer hardship concerning your livelihood. Finding an empty money pouch signifies the exact opposite of this interpretation.
Kirmani: Seeing in a dream that a money pouch has been lost together with the money inside it indicates that you will give someone counsel, but that this counsel will be of no benefit whatsoever.
Seeing in a dream that the mouth of the pouch has opened and the money inside it has spilled out indicates that enmity will come to an end.
Jabir al-Maghribi: Seeing in a dream that your pouch is torn indicates that something you have concealed will be revealed. Seeing that you sew the torn pouch indicates that the thing you have concealed will not be revealed.
Positive Meaning
It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.
Shadow Meaning
Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
