Solomon (A.S.)
Seeing Solomon (A.S.) in a dream signifies sovereignty and kingship, and judgeship, for one who is suited to them; and prosperity and well-being for others. Seeing him indicates suffering on account of women, attaining high positions, wealth and honour, knowing foreign languages, speaking with foreigners, and travelling much.
The interpretation of seeing Solomon (A.S.) in a dream—particularly if Solomon (A.S.) has turned toward the dreamer wearing his crown, placed his ring upon him, or seated him upon his throne—is sovereignty for one worthy of it, and judgeship and the giving of legal opinions for one qualified to issue fatwas. At times, such a person falls into difficult affairs, then ultimately rises to high stations through the beauty of his fate in the Hereafter and through the help of Allah in this world.
Seeing the Prophet Solomon (A.S.) in a dream signifies suffering and hardship at the hands of women. If the person who sees Solomon (A.S.) is a governor, he is dismissed from his office and later returns to the same governorship. At times, he marries, through deceit, a wealthy and honourable woman. If the person who sees Solomon (A.S.) earns his livelihood through birds and glassmaking, he derives great benefit from them and obtains abundant sustenance. At times, an exceedingly precious possession of that person is lost, and after he has given up hope, he finds it again. Sometimes, after his enemy has overcome him, he in turn overcomes that enemy and takes his revenge upon him.
What does seeing Solomon (A.S.) in a dream signify? It signifies the blowing of the wind. Seeing Solomon (A.S.) indicates knowing foreign languages or Arabic. If the person who sees Solomon (A.S.) is ill, he attains safety and recovery.

Seeing the Prophet Solomon (A.S.) dead upon a pulpit or throne in a dream signifies the death of a leader. However, his death becomes known only after some time has passed. Whoever sees Solomon (A.S.) in a dream will travel much. If he is worthy, he attains an office to which both friends and enemies will submit. His return will be swift and his journey far-reaching, and he will attain goodness and safety.

Seeing him (A.S.) in a dream signifies leadership, the station of judgeship, possessing wisdom, or, if the dreamer is qualified, interpreting religious matters. This interpretation is further strengthened if Solomon crowns the person in the dream, places a ring on his right hand, or seats him beside himself upon his throne. Seeing him (A.S.) in a dream also indicates overcoming distress and difficulties, receiving a divine favour concerning an exalted position in this world, and attaining greater blessings in the Hereafter. Seeing him (A.S.) in a dream also signifies being tested through women and their ingratitude.
If a person who sees Allah’s Prophet Solomon in a dream is a governor, it indicates that he will be dismissed from his office, but that his authority will later be restored; or it indicates that he will marry a wealthy woman through deceit. If a person who sees Allah’s Prophet Solomon in a dream practises sorcery, magic, or black magic, or summons jinn and evil spirits, it signifies that he will grow wealthy by gaining from his trade after losing hope of obtaining such a benefit, or that he will overcome his enemy. Whoever sees Allah’s Prophet Solomon (A.S.) in his dream will be granted Allah’s favours; these include lucid dreams, clarity in religious interpretations, and the ability to learn many languages. He may become an interpreter, or he may gain mastery of the Arabic language.
Seeing Solomon in a dream also signifies recovery from illness. Seeing oneself take the staff of Solomon into one’s hand in a dream indicates becoming involved in backbiting or slander; and if the person is ill, it indicates that he will die. Seeing or finding Solomon’s ring in a dream signifies the renewal of the period of one’s leadership, or the appearance of a great miracle that will astonish people and bewilder their minds. If a woman sees Allah’s Prophet Solomon (A.S.) in a dream, it indicates that she will betray her husband. Seeing him (A.S.) in a dream also indicates that the person may acquire knowledge concerning medicinal herbs.
Seeing him dead upon his bed in a dream signifies that the caliph, an army commander, a leader, or a learned man in that land will die, and that his death will remain concealed or unannounced for some time. Seeing him (A.S.) in a dream also signifies an increase in journeys, gaining superiority over one’s enemy, and—if one is qualified—the submission of one’s friends and enemies to one’s commands. Seeing him (A.S.) in a dream also signifies wealth, dominion, distant yet swift journeys, and receiving blessing, tranquillity, and protection.
