Razor Blade

To see a razor blade in a dream signifies that a matter which has long remained pending will end well. A clean and shining razor blade signifies strength. Yet if blood alone should emerge, the dream is not interpreted.

To see a razor blade in a dream is not good. Since the razor blade is a cutting instrument, it is an indication of despair and failure. At times, it also signifies abandoning the Noble Sunnah. Some interpreters have said that the razor blade signifies health and happiness.

To see a clean, new, shining razor blade in a dream signifies strength. Whoever sees such a razor blade in his hand will attain a station superior to that of others and will be envied. But if the razor blade is rusty and blunt, the person is deceiving himself by thinking that he will attain success.

To see a rusty razor blade in a dream is interpreted as meaning that certain difficulties will arise before a matter which appears easy to the dreamer. According to another interpretation, seeing a rusty razor blade in a dream differs. One interpreter says that it means the person who sees this dream will fall into despair. This dream, which bears the nature of a warning, signifies that it should be heeded and that one should not give up in the face of difficulties.

It can be read as a sign of easing, receiving support, gaining morale, or a fruitful development.

Underestimating opportunities, succumbing to comfort, or being late may reduce the positive effect.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, success and reputation, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
