Retching

According to ‘Abd al-Ghani al-Nabulsi: Retching signifies becoming weary of work and tiring of labor. Whoever sees himself retching as a man whose belly is excessively full would retch becomes strict and obstinate in his affairs.

According to some: The interpretation of retching in a dream is pride, vanity, and indifference to religion. According to one narration, it is interpreted as relief after weariness. If a sick person sees himself retching in his dream, he will die. For a healthy man to see himself retching signifies that he will become ill and corrupt his religion.

It can be read as a sign of easing, receiving support, gaining morale, or a fruitful development.
