Salary

For an employed person to see in a dream that he is receiving his salary signifies that his level of income will not change and that he will enjoy relief of short duration.

For an unemployed person to see in a dream that he is receiving a salary signifies a constant source of income and receiving assistance.

To see in one’s dream that one is receiving a salary is interpreted as meaning that a large sum of money will leave one’s hands, yet that a much greater amount of it will be acquired.

Receiving a salary in a dream signifies ill fortune and coveting what is in the possession of another. Some interpreters have said that a salary signifies keeping one’s word or preserving friendship.

It can be read as a sign of easing, receiving support, gaining morale, or a fruitful development.

Underestimating opportunities, succumbing to comfort, or being late may reduce the positive effect.

In the interpretation, the themes of financial matters, work and responsibility, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
