The Weighing Scale

To see a weighing scale in a dream is interpreted as indicating that you have a matter before the court, and that, as a result of this court case, it will become clear that you are in the right. Weighing something on the scale is interpreted as indicating that you must be more just in the decisions you make.

To see a weighing scale in a dream is interpreted as a blood-shedding person. The weight of the scale indicates news of justice or oppression, and hearing the words spoken during the deliberation.

According to Jābir al-Maghribī, a weighing scale in a dream signifies an assistant to a judge or a prosecutor. Whoever sees in his dream that a weighing scale is beside him will become friends with such persons. If one sees something being weighed on a scale and has a lawsuit, these persons will assist him.

To see one’s weighing scale broken in a dream indicates that one has argued with such persons and parted from them. According to some, seeing a weighing scale in a dream is interpreted as wealth. If the person who sees himself weighing something on a scale is a merchant, his profits will increase; if he is ill, he will recover; and if he is poor, his livelihood will improve. If he is an official, his salary will increase; and if he is a laborer, his daily wage will rise.

According to another narration: To see a weighing scale in a dream is an indication of wealth for the poor.

It can be read as a sign of easing, receiving support, gaining morale, or a fruitful development.

Underestimating opportunities, succumbing to comfort, or being late may reduce the positive effect.

In the interpretation, the themes of health and body, work and responsibility, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
