Sculpture and Picture

If a person whose wife is pregnant sees a statue or picture in his dream, it signifies that a male child will be born. Seeing pictures hung up signifies that he will set out on a journey; if he is employed somewhere, that he will succeed in his work; if he is a criminal, that he will be apprehended and imprisoned; and if he is a good person, that he will be delivered from his enemy.

To see in a dream that one is carrying a statue upon his back signifies that he will become a person esteemed among the people. To see a statue loaded upon an animal signifies benefit; and especially to see a statue and pictures while awake signifies harm, loss, and evil.

To see a statue in a dream is interpreted as indecision. To see oneself beside a statue, standing in a state of gazing at it, signifies that one is contemplating entering into a certain undertaking but is unable to decide.

To see oneself climbing upon a statue and posing signifies that one will attain success in his work. To see oneself making a statue signifies that, by making an invention in the work in which one is engaged, one will cause that work to prosper.

To see oneself making a statue of clay signifies that one is occupied with dreams and fancies. Whoever sees himself carving a marble statue and putting it right will gain the appreciation of the notable persons at the place where he works.

According to another narration, seeing a statue in a dream signifies security from fear and victory over the enemy. A statue seen in a dream signifies a child, a wife, benefit, and abstention from dealings in matters of religion and the world. At times, seeing these statues also signifies prayer, worship, and obedience.

With the right perspective, it can signify restoring balance, recovery, and developing a new understanding.

Uncertainty, indecision, or a tendency to take on excessive burden may be observed.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, success and reputation, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
