Stoning
Whoever sees in a dream that a woman is stoned to death insults a man. Seeing stoning is also interpreted as an unfounded slander against one who has violated a person’s chastity and honour. If the woman who is stoned has deserved this punishment, then it signifies that the person stoned will be freed from his sins.
According to Kirmani: To see in a dream that a woman is stoned to death is not good.
According to Ibn Sirin: Whoever sees in his dream that he is stoning someone reproaches that person. According to some interpreters, seeing stoning is interpreted in two ways: suffering harm and straying from the right path.
To see in a dream that one is stoned for a necessary reason signifies punishment either in requital for one’s sins or on account of an act which one abhors, yet did not commit.
According to another narration: Whoever sees in a dream that he is stoning someone curses a person. Stoning indicates slander concerning chastity and honour. However, if the stoning is carried out to inflict punishment for committing a crime forbidden by Allah, then it signifies that the one who is stoned will be cleansed of sin.
