Twine
To see twine in a dream signifies an undertaking whose end is neither known nor reached.
To see twine in a dream is interpreted as moving from one place to another. To see twine wound into a ball signifies that you are contemplating a journey; to see twine in a skein signifies that you will undertake preparations for a journey; to see twine tangled and knotted together in utter confusion signifies that your thoughts will not come to fruition.
Ibn Sirin: To see oneself joining a cord or thread, winding the cord around oneself, twisting it around a spindle, or making it into a spool indicates setting out on a journey. If the cord appears thin in the dream, the journey will yield little. If the cord appears thick and strong, the outcome of the journey will be beneficial. The ease with which the cord or thread is twisted indicates that the person’s efforts will proceed without hindrance. To see oneself plucking hairs from one’s beard and twisting them like thread indicates that one will accept a bribe to give false testimony in court. To twist a cord or thread in a dream also indicates signing a contract, entering into a business partnership, or signing a marriage contract.
