Becoming Constricted

In a dream, the constriction of a place signifies distress, whereas suffering from financial straitness signifies relief.

Becoming constricted in a dream is most often interpreted negatively. It may be an indication that the dreamer will encounter in waking life a person whom he does not like or does not wish to see.

Seeing oneself become constricted and distressed in a dream is a sign that the person who sees the dream has been troubled for a long time and that those around him have not helped him. It is believed that, if he changes his circle of friends, he will resolve many of his problems.

To find one’s breath constricted in a dream: if you saw in your dream that your breath had become constricted, it means that you will face very serious difficulties. You must be careful and make the right decisions.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, success and reputation, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
