Uvula
If a person sees in a dream that his uvula has grown and is nearing the point of closing his throat, this signifies his greed and desire for hoarding wealth, as well as the approach of his appointed time.
Ibn Sīrīn: To see in a dream that one’s uvula has swollen enough to close one’s mouth or obstruct one’s breathing indicates covetousness, love of accumulating wealth, stinginess, miserliness, or the approach of one’s death.
