Leech
To see a leech in a dream indicates that certain people around you are deriving unjust benefits for themselves by making use of your name and sullying your reputation; if you do not open your eyes, you will fall into a very bad situation.
According to another narration: The leeches seen in a dream are in the category of worms that eat a person’s body. The worms, however, signify a person’s family and children. If someone sees in a dream that a leech emerges from his nose, or from his sexual organ, or from his blood, or from his mouth, his wife will miscarry a child. Leeches signify a lowly and despicable enemy.
Ibn Sirin: To see a leech in a dream indicates a person who secures benefit, a bloodsucker, or a greedy person.
