Wearing a Zunnar

To see a zunnar in a dream—that is, a belt with a cross at its end, which Christian monks bind around their waists—is an indication of a child, engaging in obedience and worship, and attaining renown.

The breaking of the zunnar in a dream is an indication of the child’s death; the zunnar over one’s garment is an indication of a child; and the zunnar beneath one’s garment is an indication of corruption in religion and worldly affairs. The zunnar sometimes denotes fornication and fire, and indicates that one’s lifespan will be of normal length.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.

In the interpretation, the themes of success and reputation, work and responsibility, health and body, spiritual signs, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
