Ibn Sirin: To weave a garment in a dream signifies travel. Likewise, to see a weaver in a dream, and to see that you are gathering thread or a thick cord, signifies that you will set out on a journey. To cut a garment in a dream is interpreted as your affair ending badly.

Kirmani: To see that you are weaving linen instead of silk in a dream does not indicate good. To see that you have woven a garment and finished it, and then cut it, signifies that you will set out on a journey and bring your affair to an end.

To see that you have woven the garment completely, but have been unable to finish it, signifies that your affair will not be concluded.

Jabir al-Maghribi: To see that you are engaged in the work of weaving in a dream signifies that enmity will arise between you and the people, that your circumstances will improve, but that you will be reproached by people.

With the right perspective, it can signify restoring balance, recovery, and developing a new understanding.

Uncertainty, indecision, or a tendency to take on excessive burden may be observed.
