To drink Zamzam water in a dream signifies finding healing from troubles and illness, attaining wealth and beneficial knowledge, reaching a good state in respect of piety and righteousness, and attaining the thing one desires.

To see Zamzam water in a dream is interpreted as deliverance from a very dangerous illness and the ending of sorrow and distress.

To see oneself drinking Zamzam in a dream is a sign that one shall be delivered from financial difficulties. If a person sees that he drinks anything with the intention of it being Zamzam, he shall ultimately attain the thing he desires. To see in your dream that you are drinking Zamzam is a sign that your prayers have been accepted, that your deceased await from you nothing but the recitation of al-Fatihah, and that, so long as you continue in worship, you shall attain the good pleasure of the Exalted and Most High God.

According to another narration: If a person sees in a dream that he drinks Zamzam, he shall find healing from troubles and illnesses. In particular, if he drinks Zamzam for a specified purpose, such as acquiring wealth or learning knowledge, that person shall attain that wealth or that knowledge. Whoever sees himself drinking Zamzam water in a dream shall attain a good thing in respect of piety and righteousness. He shall attain the thing he desires.

Ibn Sirin: To see in a dream that the Well of Zamzam is quenching the thirst of the people and is situated in a quarter or city outside Mecca signifies that a gnostic person shall settle there, one who will benefit its people through his knowledge and wisdom. Drinking water from the blessed Well of Zamzam signifies deliverance from illness. If a person drinks Zamzam water in his dream while making an intention—such as learning knowledge, increasing in wisdom, becoming wealthy, recovering from illness, having a child, or asking that his sins be forgiven—and holds a lawful wish, it signifies that his wish shall be fulfilled, by the permission of God.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
