Seeing the back in a dream signifies one who helps a man or one from whom help is expected, trusted property and worldly goods, a deferred and forgotten matter, the outside of the house, the city, and a road near or far. Seeing one’s back in good condition in a dream signifies new clothing, deriving strength from one’s family and friends, knowledge, and a child. Whoever sees in a dream that his waist is broken, it signifies the loss of his strength, or the death of himself or of the one who attends to the needs of his household. If a person sees in a dream that a coffin, goods, or cloth has been loaded upon his back, it signifies debts that will accumulate upon him.

Whoever sees in a dream that wood has been loaded upon his back engages in backbiting and evil-doing. If a sick person sees in a dream that his waist is broken, it signifies the death of a man who helps him, or that he will become poor and that what he possesses will diminish.

Some interpreters said that seeing a heavy burden upon one’s back signifies having many children and little wealth. Whoever sees a hunchbacked man in a dream, it signifies an increase in his wealth or longevity, and at times an abundance of children.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
