Ibn Sîrîn: To see the continuance of things that are widespread, such as houses, rank, or possessions, in a dream indicates a lasting undertaking. Likewise, to see a person continually engaged in glorifying, praising, and remembering Allah Most High indicates an increase in his piety. If a person sees a cemetery or a ruin, then mentions the exalted attributes of Allah Most High and thereafter weeps and cries out, it indicates distress arising from attachment to such monuments.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.
