Cutting Off the Hand and Other Limbs

If a person sees in his dream that his hand has been cut off, this indicates that he will suspend his acts of worship and desist from his prayer and supplication; or it indicates that the person whose hand has been cut off will be delivered from a financial hardship because of an inheritance or other property that will come to him, or an improvement in his salary. If the one whose hand has been cut off is concerned about his own sins, he will beseech Allah, ask forgiveness, and keep away from sins.

If a person sees in his dream that his hand and foot have been cut off crosswise, this indicates that he is a person who has gone astray in religion.

If a person sees in his dream that his male organ has been cut off, this indicates that his lineage will come to an end, or that troubles will arise among the members of his household, and that you will consequently feel sorrow.

If it is seen in a dream that a person’s nose and ear have been cut off, this is interpreted as crime, error, and at times poverty and neediness. This dream has also been interpreted as the severing of news.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.

In the interpretation, the themes of emotional life, work and responsibility, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
