Seeing dates in a dream signifies rain, reciting the Noble Qur’an, acquiring knowledge, performing deeds beneficial to religion, and lawful and wholesome sustenance; eating dates signifies wealth; gathering dates in their season signifies marrying a woman possessing fine qualities, worldly goods to be obtained without difficulty, tasting the sweetness of faith, and worldly prosperity.

Seeing unripe dates in a dream signifies that one in need of water will find water; if these dates are red, it signifies the predominance of blood, and if yellow, the predominance of bile; seeing oneself eating dates or being offered dates during the season of pilgrimage signifies going on pilgrimage.

If dates fall upon one from a dry date-palm tree in a dream, it signifies learning knowledge from a hypocrite; seeing fresh dates in their season signifies government employment in a flourishing city; seeing them outside their season signifies illness; shaking a date-palm tree so that dates fall upon oneself signifies being delivered from distress and grief; removing the pit from a date signifies having a child; a cluster of dates signifies the coming together of the members of one’s family or a prosperous gain.

Seeing or eating dates in a dream is a sign of abundance and blessing.

Buying and eating dates in a dream signifies lawful earnings; dried dates signify that illnesses will find a remedy and mean spending enjoyable times. It signifies great fortune, abundance, money, and wealth. It also means that the person’s fortune will open.

Dates seen in a dream signify rain for the one who sees them. Seeing oneself eating dates signifies sustenance intended solely for oneself, in which no one else has a share. Whoever sees himself eating dates in a dream will find the sweetness of faith. Whoever splits a date and removes its pit will have a child. Seeing or eating dates is a symbol of abundance and blessing.
