The Salutation of Prayer

If a person sees in a dream that he has completed his prayer and offered the salutation, he shall be delivered from sorrows and griefs, and his state shall be transformed into love and affection.

Offering the salutation toward the right in a dream signifies the improvement of some of his affairs; and offering the salutation toward the left while not offering it toward the right signifies that some of his affairs shall fall into difficulty and that he himself shall suffer distress.

Completing the prayer and offering the salutation in a dream signifies following the works and Sunnah of the Prophet, leaving one’s employment, appointing someone as a deputy in place of another, journeying, and sustenance.

Whoever sees in a dream that he offers the salutation toward his left side before his right side, it signifies that he follows evil and pursues innovations. Remaining in prayer without offering the salutation signifies neglecting caution, care, and capital in order to obtain benefit.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
