Grapes on the Vine / Vineyard

Imam Ja‘far al-Sadiq: There are five interpretations of seeing a grapevine or vine in a dream:

1—Benefit

2—Disappointment

3—A deceitful and conniving person

4—War and enmity

5—Doubtful property.

There are three interpretations of seeing a vineyard: To see the vineyard ruined is an indication that the condition of its owner is unfavorable.

Ibn Sirin: The vineyard indicates a noble and benevolent woman. To see very beautiful, lush green trees within a vineyard signifies that you will marry a benevolent woman and obtain goodness and benefit from her.

To see the leaves of grapevines yellowing in a dream is an indication that you will fall ill. If the vineyard you see does not belong to you, every deficiency or excess seen in the vineyard is interpreted as pertaining to its owner.

It can be read as a sign of easing, receiving support, gaining morale, or a fruitful development.

Underestimating opportunities, succumbing to comfort, or being late may reduce the positive effect.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, success and reputation, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
