Keeping Watch in the Path of Allah

Nabulsi’s Dream Interpretations: To keep watch in places where the enemy is expected to come in a dream signifies perseverance in obedience and worship, fulfilling the commands of Allah, Most High, following the Sunnah, and fearing Allah, the Exalted.

If a person sees in a dream that he is keeping watch or has gone forth for jihad, that person will follow a good and righteous path.

If a sick person or a lost man sees himself returning from guard duty or jihad and entering his city, this signifies that the sick person will recover from his illness and that the lost man will return to his city.

To see in a dream that one fears Allah signifies being delivered from poverty and becoming wealthy, as well as an expansion of one’s sustenance.

To see Allah, the Exalted, threatening him is interpreted as sin. That person must immediately come to his senses and repent.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
