To see a heart in a dream is interpreted as courage, intelligence, generosity, and justice. Whoever sees in a dream that his heart has been torn apart, if he is a person of fear of God, asceticism, and piety, it indicates that his heart’s bond with the Exalted Lord continues, and that nothing will obstruct his attachment and bond to Allah because he remains in fear of Allah (Glorious and Exalted is He). If a person sees in a dream that there is an illness in his heart, it indicates that he is a hypocrite.

To see in a dream that your heart is beating very fast indicates that you will fall in love; to awaken with heart palpitations indicates that a physician must treat you; to see that your heart has been stolen indicates that an evil event will befall you or that you will lose your reason.

Ibn Sirin: To see a heart in a dream indicates reason, intelligence, faith, and courage. A pure heart denotes sincerity; a corrupt heart denotes hypocrisy.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
