Embracing the Father

It signifies that an event awaited for a long time will come to pass in due course, and that one will take pleasure in the event awaited with happiness.

It signifies that the dreamer will arrange his life according to his family, bring forth good works, and prove worthy of his father by helping people.

A person who embraces his father, who died while ill, in his dream is seeing a dream that emphasizes that he is distant from his father, that he has been unable to establish a connection with his father because he cannot overcome the distances, that those who have a father should open their hearts to him because they harbor a very great longing, that he will relieve his longing by embracing his father, and that those who are bereft with yearning should certainly do this without thinking twice. It is related that those who long for their fathers and whose fathers are not alive should pray and convey their gratitude to their fathers through supplication.
