In a dream, a person’s listening to things such as sounds and music signifies news. The more beautiful the thing heard, the more beautiful the news will be.

Seeing listening in a dream means news that will come from somewhere, glad tidings that will make you happy, and receiving information concerning how your loved ones are. It also indicates that you will become expert in your work and serve in a higher position, abandon empty occupations and find genuine work, and, within a short time, engage in an undertaking that will enable you and your family to live in peace for the whole of your lives.

Listening to the Noble Qur’an in a house in a dream is interpreted as an exceedingly sincere dream. It indicates that you will befriend people of good character and possessed of knowledge and understanding, take the Word of Allah as your guide, marry a beautiful and chaste person, perform works pleasing to the Exalted Allah for which you will gain reward, and henceforth devote yourself more greatly to acts of worship.

Ibn Sirin: Listening attentively in a dream indicates accepting the word of truth and heeding preaching and admonition.

It can be read as a sign of easing, receiving support, gaining morale, or a fruitful development.

Underestimating opportunities, succumbing to comfort, or being late may reduce the positive effect.
