Rakı

To see a revelry of drinking and pleasure in a dream is interpreted as a very severe illness.

To drink and amuse oneself in a place where alcohol is served in a dream is interpreted as unlawful. It is a sign that you must urgently make amends for your mistakes.

To see oneself dead drunk from drinking rakı in a dream is not good. To see oneself buying rakı from a shop indicates that one will soon be afflicted with an illness, but will recover in a short time. The spilling of rakı, however, denotes خير.

To see rakı being filled into bottles at a rakı factory in a dream is a sign that the time of the person in that place will pass somewhat harshly.

According to another narration: To see or drink rakı in a dream is a sign of unlawful wealth and committing a great sin. Rakı seen in a dream signifies sedition, evil, enmity, and anger.

Drinking alcohol in a dream denotes the drinker’s foolishness and ignorance. If a dead person is seen drinking alcohol in a dream, that dead person is receiving blessings in the Hereafter. For wine is among the drinks of the people of Paradise. However, this interpretation excludes the case in which the deceased died while constantly drinking rakı and was among those who believed during his life that drinking alcohol was lawful. Since rakı is drunk mixed with water, it is a good sign for one who wishes to marry.

To drink or see rakı in a dream is a sign of falling onto an evil path as a result of wrongful actions, earning one’s livelihood through unlawful means, or becoming ill.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
