Scratching and Being Scratched

In a dream, scratching and clawing signify loss in property. Therefore, if one sees that someone is scratching him, loss and damage will befall the property of that person himself or of some of his relatives. If there is swelling, blood, pus, yellow water, or the like at the place that is scratched, the one who scratches will say something about the person who is being scratched, and the person who has been scratched will attain property.

Whoever sees in a dream that his forehead is itching will die immediately. Scratching signifies the vile thing by which a person is known, such as stinginess, fisq (sin), and disbelief. Scratching signifies evil in speech and molestation.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
