Singing with a beautiful voice in a dream is interpreted as profitable commerce; singing with a tearful voice is interpreted as harmful commerce.

Seeing oneself declaring one’s love to a beloved through song in a dream is a sign that one will be seized by great joy and thereafter by sorrow.

Ibn Sirin: Singing in a dream indicates falsehood and distress. Possessing a beautiful voice in a dream may indicate a profitable undertaking. Otherwise, if one sings off-key in one’s dream, it indicates that one will embark upon an undertaking that incurs loss. A singer in a dream likewise represents a person possessed of wisdom, a preacher, or a physician. The place where the song is sung in a dream will be a place where, because of jealousy, envy, and deceit, lies and fraud will occur, and separation will arise between lovers. Singing in a dream also indicates evil, disputes, and quarrels. If a professional singer, musician, or composer sees himself singing his own repertoire in a dream, it indicates benefit and gain.

If the song in the dream is bad or off-key, then it may indicate unemployment, weakness, or that the person holds a low opinion of himself. Seeing oneself singing while walking in a dream indicates obtaining an easy livelihood, being content, and holding a good opinion of oneself. Singing in a bath or beneath a shower indicates uttering incomprehensible words or engaging in an argument. If a wealthy person sees himself singing in the streets or in the marketplace in a dream, this indicates a scandal or may carry an unfavorable meaning. If a poor or wicked person sees such a dream, it indicates that he has lost his reason.

If a pious person sees himself singing in the streets or in the marketplace in a dream, it indicates that he will witness deception and trials.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
