Sterile / To Castrate

Imam Ja‘far al-Sadiq: There are three interpretations of seeing a sterile person in a dream: 1—Ascetic people 2—Seeing an angel 3—Worshipping.

Ibn Sirin: To see yourself castrating yourself signifies that, if you engage in battle with the enemy, you will be humiliated, but that you will become a servant obedient to Allah. According to some interpreters, it indicates that the appointed time of your child’s death has come, that you will never have another child, but that your material circumstances will be very good.

To see in a dream that you castrate someone whom you do not know, and that he is a righteous person who speaks with knowledge and wisdom, indicates that the one whom you castrated is in reality an angel inviting you to goodness, bringing you glad tidings, and enabling you to avoid evils.

To see in a dream that you castrate someone you know indicates good or evil according to the character of the person whom you castrated.

Kirmani: To see that your testicles have been cut off or have fallen indicates that you will be defeated by your adversary, or, according to some interpreters, that you will never again have a female child.

Jabir al-Maghribi: To see that you have been castrated without cause indicates that you will lose your reputation and fall into disappointment.

To see in a dream that your sexual organ has been cut off at the root indicates that your name will be forgotten among people, that your rank will decline, and that you will lose some of your children.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
