Sweeping the Floor

Ibn Sîrîn: In a dream, sweeping the floor or looking at a carpet signifies attending to one’s community or family. Sweeping dust from the ground or cleaning the floor signifies financial benefit for those who make this work their profession. Sweeping another person’s house signifies receiving money from him. If a wealthy person sees in a dream that he is sweeping the floor, this signifies poverty or loss of employment.

With the right perspective, it can signify restoring balance, recovery, and developing a new understanding.

Uncertainty, indecision, or a tendency to take on excessive burden may be observed.

In the interpretation, the themes of general meaning, inner intuition, the emotional tone in the dream, and how the symbol concluded in the dream should be evaluated together.
