Towel

To see a towel in a dream: a clean, soft, beautiful towel signifies hope and good fortune. Whoever dries himself with a towel benefits from opportunities.

The interpretation of seeing a towel in a dream is explained as a new undertaking. To see yourself drying your face with a white towel is an indication that a work you have planned will be auspicious for you.

Colored towels have various interpretations. To see a red towel in a dream signifies the attainment of one’s wish; a green towel, religious faith; a black towel, mourning; and a multicolored towel, hesitation regarding a work to be undertaken.

According to another narration: To see a towel in a dream indicates saying an evil word about a friend, and that you will feel remorse of conscience on account of an injustice you commit against a friend.

Ibn Sîrîn: To see a towel in a dream indicates a servant, a worker, a keeper of the household, or going on the pilgrimage to Mecca. The towel also represents the wife of a man and the husband of a woman. If the towel is used as a covering during sexual intercourse, it indicates a chaste servant who keeps secrets, or money that serves the needs of a woman and her children. To throw a towel at someone in a dream indicates slamming the door in his face or the separation of two people. To throw away a towel in a dream also indicates giving up the struggle.

It can be read as a sign of easing, receiving support, gaining morale, or a fruitful development.

Underestimating opportunities, succumbing to comfort, or being late may reduce the positive effect.

In the interpretation, the themes of work and responsibility, emotional life, success and reputation, the emotional tone in the dream and how the symbol concludes in the dream should be evaluated together.
