Some interpreters say that whoever sees himself eating trotters consumes the wealth of the most honorable of people. For the trotter signifies property, while the sheep is the most honorable of people’s possessions.

Ibn Sirin: To see trotters in a dream signifies the property or money of an orphan. To eat trotters or suck their marrow signifies that the orphan’s inheritance will be defrauded and consumed by his guardian. To eat tripe signifies defrauding the property of wealthy and honorable people, because the sheep is the most honorable animal after man.

It provides early awareness; the person sees risks before they grow and can choose a more solid path.

Neglect, haste, untrustworthy people or uncontrolled behavior can increase the difficulty.
